Shipping policy

Countries

All orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail, these are the current destinations we ship to -

• UK
• USA - (For tariff information please read below)
• Canada
• Australia
• New Zealand

We currently only ship to a limited amount of countries to keep track of shipping regulations and postage costs. Unfortunately we're unable to add EU + NI shipping due to the latest GPSR rules.

Packaging:

Orders are packaged differently depending on their size -

• A5 - Flat in a card backed envelope.
• A4 - Flat in a corrugated card mailer.
• A3 - Rolled in a heavy duty print tube.
• Shipping costs can be combined for up to 3 A3 prints, then all multiples after will be shipped separately in another tube.
• We aim to print and dispatch all orders within 7 days, usually much sooner, with most orders being dispatched within 1-3 days. If any delays arise you will be notified of a new estimated dispatch date.

USA Shipping & Tariffs:

All orders to the USA will be shipped with Royal Mail using either the Standard International or Tracked International services.

Orders will be sent with Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP) which means any tariff charges + processing fees are already included in the postage costs.

No tariffs should be added once your item clears customs, however, we cannot accept any responsibility for any processing errors that may arise during the customs process beyond our control.
