How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Orders are usually printed and packaged within 7 days, often much sooner, with most orders being dispatched in 1-3 days. During busy periods, if any delays occur then you will be notified and updated with a new dispatch estimate.

When will my order arrive?

Orders will be shipped within 7 days of ordering, with a tracking number provided once the order has been packed. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail from the UK, using Tracked 24 for domestic orders and Tracked International for the US, Canada, Australia & New Zealand.

Orders from the UK usually arrive the next day after dispatch, international orders can take up to 30 days once dispatched, but usually arrive much sooner.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand. We apologise if your country is not currently included. As all items are made to order and packed by hand, we offer limited shipping so that we can keep track of any new customs regulations and postage cost increases.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout depending on the size of print and the amount of prints ordered. More shipping information, including details about how the prints are shipped can be found here.

How will the order be packaged?

Each order is hand packed with a hand written postcard included. The order will be packaged depending on the size of the print, with A5 & A4 prints being sent flat and A3 prints being rolled in a tube. All prints are wrapped in tissue paper for added protection.

Do you offer custom pet portraits?

There is currently no option for fully custom pet portraits via the online store, however if this is something you're interested in, please use the contact form or email sam_dunn@live.co.uk to discuss!

Can I request a cat / dog breed or colour?

Currently the best place to send requests for new cat variations is via instagram. I am currently working through lots of new cat / dog colours & breeds which will be added to the store in batches once completed!

What is a Giclée print?

A Giclée print is a high quality fine art print, which is created using a pigment ink printer and archival quality paper. All of the prints are made to order here in the UK, using 312gsm fine art paper, with a smooth but subtle, soft texture and are acid free.
