There is currently no option for fully custom pet portraits via the online store, however if this is something you're interested in, please use the contact form or email sam_dunn@live.co.uk to discuss!

Currently the best place to send requests for new cat variations is via instagram. I am currently working through lots of new cat colours & breeds which will be added to the store in batches once completed!

A Giclée print is a high quality fine art print, which is created using a pigment ink printer and archival quality paper. All of the prints are made using 312gsm fine art paper, with a smooth but subtle, soft texture and are acid free.

Orders are usually printed and packaged within 7 days, often much sooner. During busy periods, if any delays occur then you will be notified and updated with a new dispatch estimate.

Each order is hand packed with a hand written postcard included. The order will be packaged depending on the size of the print, with A4 prints being sent flat in a corrugated card mailer and A3 prints being rolled in a tube. All prints are wrapped in tissue paper for added protection.

We currently ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand. We apologise if your country is not currently included. As all items are made to order and packed by hand, we offer limited shipping so that we can keep track of any new customs regulations and postage cost increases.

Orders will be shipped within 7 days of ordering, with a tracking number provided once the order has been packed. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail from the UK, using Tracked 24 for domestic orders and Tracked International for the US, Canada, Australia & New Zealand.

Orders from the UK usually arrive the next day after dispatch, international orders can take up to 30 days once dispatched, but usually arrive much sooner.
